1) This facility has taken steps to encourage more sustainable and environmentally friendly travel and

therefore we kindly ask guests to turn off lights/air conditioning/heating before checking out and possibly also during the stay when not present in the apartment

2) Always with respect to the environment and the clientele present, garbage must be

3) If you cause damage to the facility during your stay, you may be asked to pay a refund equal to the full amount of the damage caused

4) Loss of the keys to the apartment will bring a charge of 150 euros to the guest

5) The property does not have a front desk; kindly inform us of your

arrival time 24 hours in advance.

7) The facility is not available for bachelorette/bachelorette parties or similar.
